Domestic Shipping Policy Follow
US Shipping Policy:
- Banknote World processes orders Monday - Friday with a cut-off time for same-day shipping of 12:00 pm (PST) for services with both USPS and FedEx.
- Business operating hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (PST) Monday - Friday.
- Any purchases made after the same-day shipping cut-off; after business hours, on weekends and holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.
- Shipping or processing delays may occur during promotional periods or holidays due to volume.
- Once the label for your order is created, your tracking number will be sent automatically to the e-mail associated with your order. Please Note: Your tracking details may take up to 24 hours to show in transit.
- We cannot make changes to an order once payment is received. If discrepancies occur, we MUST cancel and refund the payment.
- Sales tax will apply to all orders based on your billing address region requirements and are not included in the original advertised price.
- If you notice a discrepancy in your shipping details, please alert us immediately by calling +1 888-448-9199 or emailing us at Shop@BanknoteWorld.com. Once an order is shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order.
- If you wish to combine two or more separate orders, contact us by phone or email at +1 888-448-9199 or Shop@BanknoteWorld.com. We do not combine orders automatically.
- If an order is returned to Banknote World due to a wrong, insufficient, misspelled address, or other shipping information errors, Banknote World will offer a resolution for the undelivered order. The buyer is responsible for all reshipment costs. If a customer cannot be reached after the 3rd attempt, Banknote World will process the order as a return and refund the purchase price.
- All orders over $500 value will be upgraded to USPS Priority or FedEx 2-Day automatically at no cost to the buyer and will require Signature. No exceptions.

All orders are subject to fraud analysis review which may result in fulfillment delays.

All orders shipped via FedEx require a customer phone number.

FedEx will not deliver to a PO Box.
- Banknote World is not responsible for delays in transit that are a result of carrier delays or operational delays.
